Rooted in Fengtai, Serving Beijing, Radiating Across the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Region: Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association Established in Fengtai

On February 6, the First General Assembly of the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association was officially convened. Leaders from the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, relevant officials from Fengtai District, and nearly 100 member representatives gathered to jointly witness this landmark event supporting high-quality regional economic development.

Adhering to the core philosophy of “entrepreneurship guided by the Party, innovation in service of the nation, and dedication to the people,” the Association takes “uniting the strength of future entrepreneurs and promoting the development of new-quality productive forces” as its mission.

By building a multi-tiered and precision-oriented service system, it aims to support member enterprises in achieving technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and high-quality development, striving to create a domestically leading and internationally influential innovation community of future entrepreneurs, and to become an important driving force for the high-quality development of the capital’s private economy and a demonstration platform for coordinated innovation in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region.

At the conference, Li Zongrong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fengtai District Party Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department, stated:

“The Fengtai District Party Committee and District Government are willing to provide the most sincere support and the most practical measures to fully and powerfully support the development of the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association, so that every member entrepreneur can start businesses with confidence, invest with peace of mind, and grow smoothly in Fengtai.”

As a hub of private economic vitality, Fengtai District is committed to stimulating private sector dynamism and continuously optimizing the business environment.

Currently, the district hosts 207,000 enterprises, of which 98 percent are private enterprises; more than 4,100 technology-based enterprises, with private enterprises accounting for 93.4 percent; and in 2025, the growth rate of newly established enterprises ranked first citywide. The private economy has become an important pillar of regional economic development.

To promote the high-quality development of the private economy and cultivate “future entrepreneurs” with forward-looking insight, strong policy comprehension, robust resource integration capabilities, and a strong sense of social responsibility, Fengtai District has successfully organized two sessions of the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Training Program, covering more than 200 innovation-oriented private entrepreneurs from Beijing and other regions.

This initiative has generated strong cultivation effects and broad social influence.

Against this backdrop, to further consolidate the outcomes of the training program and establish a long-term empowerment mechanism, the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association was officially initiated under the joint guidance of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Fengtai District Party Committee and District Government.

As a cultivation-brand project developed by Fengtai District for private entrepreneurs, the Association serves as the alumni platform of the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Training Program.

It was jointly initiated by key enterprises including Beijing Toodudu E-commerce Co., Ltd., Beijing Keyue Zhongkai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Shouke Chuangrong Technology Group Co., Ltd.

The Association brings together nearly 100 entrepreneur representatives, primarily alumni of the training program, spanning frontier sectors such as artificial intelligence, commercial aerospace, low-altitude technologies, medical-engineering integration, and intelligent manufacturing.

“We are committed to building the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association into a bridge for government–enterprise collaboration, an empowerment platform for resource integration, and a catalyst for industrial innovation, supporting member enterprises in achieving high-quality development,” said Liu Junzhai, newly elected President of the Association and Chief Executive Officer of Beijing Toodudu E-commerce Co., Ltd., in his remarks.

Yang Jingguo, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, stated that the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association should take this General Assembly as a new starting point, closely unite the broad community of private entrepreneurs, actively build platforms for communication and cooperation, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages, and stimulate market vitality.

He emphasized the need to strengthen political guidance and firmly uphold the correct direction of entrepreneurship guided by the Party; focus on future industries and ignite the driving force of innovation in service of the nation; and consolidate internal governance to build a solid foundation for development-oriented services.

He noted that the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce will continue to support the Association’s work and, together with all stakeholders, strive to build it into a flagship brand serving private entrepreneurs, cultivating future industries, and optimizing the innovation ecosystem in Fengtai District, Beijing, and the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, writing a new chapter in the high-quality development of the capital’s private economy.

The establishment of the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association represents a solid step forward for the capital in cultivating future-industry leaders and stimulating new-quality productive forces at the outset of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan, and marks Fengtai District’s transition from phased training to a normalized, platform-based, and ecosystem-oriented model of service for private enterprises.

Looking ahead, as its functions are progressively implemented, the Association is expected to become a key platform for attracting talent, nurturing talent, and enabling talent, providing strong human capital support and innovation safeguards for the high-quality economic and social development of the capital in the new era.

To fully support the development of the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association, Fengtai District will:

• Act as a rapid dispatcher of policy incentives, ensuring precise delivery of supportive policies and service resources to member enterprises;

• Serve as a scenario opportunity explorer, opening eight major urban scenario innovation resources to support member enterprises in pioneering pilots in frontier fields such as commercial aerospace and intelligent medical engineering, and connecting cross-regional cooperation opportunities;

• Function as a guardian of growth ecosystems, continuously strengthening the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Training Program brand and building an empowerment system covering the entire lifecycle of enterprises.
