Recently, Qian Xiaojun, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beijing United Information Technology Co., Ltd. In the program “Dialogue Between Deputies, Committee Members, and Top Leaders” during the Fengtai Two Sessions, Qian Xiaojun, as a representative of key enterprises, engaged in dialogue with guests including Lu Yingbo, Director of the Fengtai District Development and Reform Commission.
He stated that during the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period, leveraging Fengtai District’s “accelerated growth and catch-up” strategy and its high-quality business environment, IBI achieved leapfrog development, with annual revenue exceeding RMB 50 billion, ranking among China’s Top 500 enterprises, and consecutively receiving multiple national-level honors such as Industrial Internet Demonstration Enterprise and National Supply Chain Innovation and Application Demonstration Enterprise.

The 2026 Fengtai Conference on High-Quality Development of the Private Economy was successfully held on January 21.

At the conference, Qian Xiaojun of IBI delivered a keynote presentation titled “Collaborative Innovation Practices of IBI in the Industrial Internet.”
Against the backdrop of the launch of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan, he elaborated on the pathways for empowering high-quality development of the real economy from three major growth curves: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border development of industrial clusters.
He pointed out that the growth of IBI is closely tied to Fengtai District’s industrial agglomeration and policy support. In the future, the company will continue to promote government–enterprise collaboration, transform regional advantages into momentum for industrial innovation, and contribute to making Fengtai an important growth pole for high-quality development in the capital.
At the conference, special policies, industrial maps, and financial instruments were released, forming a three-in-one support system of “policy + capital + ecosystem”, providing broader development space for private enterprises including IBI.
At the same time, witnessed jointly by Yan Weiqun, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee and Party Secretary of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zhang Yanlin, Deputy Secretary of the Fengtai District Party Committee and District Mayor, the Beijing Future Entrepreneurs Promotion Association officially commenced operations.
The association aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial cohort with forward-looking vision, innovative spirit, and strong execution capabilities, build a normalized platform for communication, collaboration, and resource matchmaking, empower the growth of young entrepreneurs, and promote the prosperity of the private economy ecosystem.
The Duoduo platforms under IBI will also fully leverage their advantages in industrial agglomeration and platform empowerment, connect upstream and downstream resources along industrial chains, promote resource sharing and collaborative innovation among enterprises, and provide strong support for the flourishing of the private economy ecosystem.
