Wang Ting, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI, Leads a Delegation to Visit Xuancheng State-Owned Capital Group and Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement
From January 7 to 8, 2026, Wang Ting, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI; Huang Shasha, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Wdoodoo / Zdoodoo; Xu Derong, Vice President of the Industrial Development Department of IBI; Zhang Jun, Partner of the Perseverance Entrepreneurs Club; and other members of the delegation visited Xuancheng State-Owned Capital Group for inspection and exchange.
They held in-depth discussions with Cai Yi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xuancheng Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Xuancheng; Ye Liang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Xuancheng Municipal Government; Chen Lele, Director of the Xuancheng State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; and Qian Bangqing, Chairman of Xuancheng State-Owned Capital Group, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
At the symposium, Wang Ting, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI, gave a detailed introduction to the development history of IBI, focusing on sharing the company’s innovative practices and experience in the field of the industrial internet.
He stated that IBI continues to deepen its industrial internet development strategy centered on “platforms, technology, and data,” and continues to strengthen its three business growth curves of industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border expansion of industrial clusters, achieving innovative breakthroughs in multiple dimensions such as regional layout, industrial empowerment, and global expansion, and driving industrial chains toward greater efficiency, innovation, and globalization.
He noted that Xuancheng has clear locational and industrial advantages, and that Xuancheng State-Owned Capital Group and its subsidiaries possess solid industrial foundations and strong market competitiveness in key industries such as new energy and new materials, high-end equipment, and the paper industry.

During the symposium, Li Hui, Chairman of Xuancheng Guofa Supply Chain Company, and Xu Derong, Vice President of the Industrial Development Department of IBI, signed a strategic cooperation agreement as representatives, under the joint witness of the attendees.
In the future, both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages at the business level, including supply chain services and digital cloud factories, and jointly promote the development of Xuancheng’s digital industries.
During the visit, Wang Ting and his delegation visited the China Xuanzhi Culture Park in Jing County, touring the traditional Xuan paper workshops, the Four Treasures of the Study experience park, and the Xuan paper exhibition hall, learning about the production techniques of Xuan paper and personally experiencing the Xuan paper-making process.
Zhu Daguo, General Manager of Xuanzhi Group; Li Hui, Chairman of Xuancheng Guofa Supply Chain Company; and Zhang Xiaoping, General Manager of the Nonferrous Metals Industry Chain of Wdoodoo, also participated in the meeting.
