CNAUTO Invited to Participate in the Launch Dialogue of the Global Cross-Border Service Network at the Beijing International Legal–Business Integration Demonstration Zone, Lize Financial Business District
On January 8, the Launch Dialogue Event of the Global Cross-Border Service Network of the Beijing International Legal–Business Integration Demonstration Zone, Lize Financial Business District was held at Lize SOHO in Fengtai District, Beijing.
IBI’s CNAUTO platform was invited to participate in the event.
The event was jointly organized by the Administrative Committee of Lize Financial Business District and the Fengtai District Bureau of Justice, aiming to pool policy resources, financial strength, professional services, and scientific research support, realize the cooperative goal of “enterprise needs, single-point access; multi-party resources, full-process response,” and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
In September last year, the Beijing Municipal Government officially approved the “Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Beijing International Legal–Business Integration Demonstration Zone.”
The plan clearly states that the demonstration zone will take the Beijing Central Business District and the core area of the Lize Financial Business District as the initial development areas, covering a total area of 9.85 square kilometers, and will be expanded at an appropriate time in the future to further create a high-level demonstration environment for opening up to the outside world.
At the event site, representatives from Beijing United Information Technology Co., Ltd., IBI CNAUTO Cross-Border Platform, School of Finance of Renmin University of China, Bank of China Beijing Fengtai Branch, China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Zhongxinghua International Business Department, Tianjian Certified Public Accountants, Beijing Renqiao Law Firm Administrative Committee, Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP, Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Beijing Fengtai Branch, Tongdun Technology Co., Ltd., Silk Road Visual Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Center, Beijing Yuanmeng Lima Rescue Service Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zhenyou Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch, Beijing Guoxin Huayuan Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Puyunte Technology Co., Ltd., and other units held discussions and exchanges.
They conducted in-depth demand matching and demonstrated their capabilities in expanding legal service application scenarios for enterprises “going global.”
Multiple enterprises and institutions reached consensus, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation and win-win outcomes.
At present, enterprises “going global” generally face challenges such as “information gaps, capability gaps, and cognition gaps.”
IBI’s CNAUTO platform has proposed a differentiated “one-stop delivery” solution. Through full-chain services, cross-border transactions that enterprises previously did not dare to do or were unable to do can be completed in a closed loop through the platform, effectively reducing enterprise risks.
Xu Jian, Executive President of the CNAUTO platform, stated:
“Now, with the Global Cross-Border Service Network platform, which connects more professional and authoritative service institutions, more comprehensive and efficient services can be provided for the vast number of enterprises ‘going global.’ This is a very valuable initiative, and we believe the future development space of the Global Cross-Border Service Network platform is unlimited.”
Zhao Qian, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Lize Financial Business District, introduced that in international legal–business integration, ‘legal’ refers to legal services, and ‘business’ refers to commercial activities.
The essence of legal–business integration lies in the coordinated advancement and mutual compatibility of law and commerce.
The establishment of an international legal–business integration demonstration zone aims to build an internationally competitive ecosystem for coordinated legal and business development, help enterprises “go global” and attract global resources to “come in,” and promote the construction of a global high ground for legal–business integration.
She stated:
“Our service network member units bring together the strengths of government, banks, associations, and professional institutions, forming a full-chain system covering policies, finance, scientific research, and professional services. We are committed to promoting efficient regional resource coordination through digital and intelligent operations, making the global expansion journey of enterprises starting from Fengtai smoother and more secure.”
