During the exchange, Liu Quan provided a detailed introduction to IBI’s layout and development achievements in its core business segments, including industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border expansion of industrial clusters.
He noted that by building multi-sector “Duoduo industrial e-commerce platforms,” IBI has successfully served a large number of enterprises across various industries, achieving efficient connectivity between upstream and downstream segments of industrial chains and optimizing resource allocation.

In terms of industrial digital transformation, Liu Quan stated that IBI leverages its advantages in digital technologies to help enterprises build smart factories, improve operational efficiency, and guide traditional industries toward digitalization and intelligent development.
In the area of cross-border expansion of industrial clusters, IBI closely aligns with the Belt and Road Initiative, and, supported by multi-regional cross-border e-commerce platforms and digital supply chain systems, has achieved industrial collaboration and two-way trade flows across Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, assisting domestic industrial cluster enterprises in jointly expanding into global markets.

Looking ahead, IBI will continue to deepen its industrial internet strategy centered on “platforms, technology, and data,” actively serve national strategies and industrial needs, and, together with outstanding investment institutions and industrial partners, explore new paradigms of high-quality development.
With a more open approach, IBI aims to promote collaborative innovation across industrial chains, and contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of China’s real economy and to the construction of a modern industrial system.
