Recently, Wang Yongchao, Chairman of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bingtuan Urban Investment”), led a delegation to visit the IBI Xinjiang Digital Economy Headquarters, where they held a symposium and exchange meeting with Li Qing, General Manager of IBI Xinjiang and Vice President of Toodudu, among others.
The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics including coordinated development in Xinjiang’s urbanization construction, urban comprehensive services, and industrial digitalization, and exchanged views on exploring the joint construction of a modern industrial service system as well as promoting cooperation in industrial digitalization and supply chain innovation.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Xinjiang Digital Economy Exhibition Hall, gaining an understanding of IBI’s current Duoduo platform operation model, cross-border operation strategies for industrial belts, as well as the technical applications and practical strategies of IBI Cloud.

Bingtuan Urban Investment is a state-controlled enterprise approved for establishment by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, guided by the principles of “responsibility commitment, professionalism and integrity, unity and cooperation, and service to society,” and is committed to advancing the urbanization process of the Corps.
Its main businesses cover urban infrastructure construction, real estate development, state-owned asset operation, urban construction, and industrial investment and financing, forming a comprehensive industrial service chain with real estate development as the leading sector, extending to construction contracting, interior decoration, urban asset management, and property service management.
As an important platform of the Corps’ urban comprehensive service industry segment, Bingtuan Urban Investment has significant advantages in resource integration, leveraging investment and financing functions, and serving the Corps’ economic development strategy.

Wang Yongchao stated:

“Bingtuan Urban Investment, as a comprehensive urban operation and service provider under the Corps, has rich experience and resource advantages in urbanization construction, urban asset management, and industrial investment.
IBI is a well-known industrial internet platform enterprise. Its Xinjiang Digital Economy Headquarters has been deeply rooted in Xinjiang and has achieved notable results in promoting industrial digitalization, cross-border e-commerce, and fostering new-quality productive forces.
It is hoped that both sides can, in light of the actual needs of the Corps’ urban development, explore practical cooperation models in areas such as digitalization of building materials supply chains, upgrading of urban service industries, and joint expansion into the Central Asian market, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.”

Li Qing stated that IBI fully leverages Xinjiang’s locational advantage of “five ports connecting eight countries”, and has built a cross-border supply chain service system through platforms such as Silk Road Cloud Link, successfully opening cross-border e-commerce and logistics channels oriented toward Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
He expressed the hope that IBI and Bingtuan Urban Investment could form a strong alliance, deeply integrating IBI’s digital platform capabilities and cross-border supply chain networks with Bingtuan Urban Investment’s urban construction scenarios and local industrial resources, jointly empowering local enterprises in Xinjiang and working together to explore the vast Central Asian market, thereby injecting new momentum into the high-quality economic development of the Corps.
