On December 30, 2025, the “Listed Companies Going Global and Resource Cooperation Summit”, jointly organized by Wutong Reception Hall and the Wutong Listed Companies Future Research Institute, was successfully held at the Wutong Reception Hall in Beijing.

With the core theme of “Focusing on Latin American Strategic Resources and Deepening International Collaboration along the New Energy Industry Chain,” the summit specially invited Jorge Quiroga, the 62nd President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to deliver keynote sharing. Senior representatives of Chinese listed companies gathered to jointly discuss new opportunities and new pathways for Chinese enterprises going global to Latin America to participate in new energy resource development and industry chain collaboration.、

Zhao Yan, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Boododo, was invited to attend the high-level dialogue session of the summit, engaging with guests from various sectors to jointly explore new paths for international collaboration and resource cooperation along the new energy industry chain.

As a core segment of the summit, President Jorge Quiroga provided authoritative interpretations focusing on new outbound mining policies and lithium resource development plans in Bolivia and the broader Latin American region. He elaborated in detail on local open policies and cooperation needs in areas such as engineering contracting, infrastructure cooperation, energy digital technologies, and agricultural trade.
As a core strategic resource of the new energy industry, lithium resources in Latin America have attracted global attention due to their reserves and development potential. The President’s sharing provided key policy and market references for Chinese listed companies to deploy in the Latin American new energy resource market.

During the high-level dialogue session of the summit, Zhao Yan, drawing on the practical experience of IBI and Boododo, shared unique insights on China–Latin America new energy industry chain collaboration.
He pointed out that Latin America is a core production region for global lithium resources, while China possesses significant advantages in manufacturing, technology, and digital services along the new energy industry chain, making cooperation between the two sides highly complementary.
As an important platform under IBI deeply engaged in the energy and chemical markets, Boododo has established an industrial internet service system covering lithium mines and salt lake resource development, and is capable of building a full-chain bridge for Chinese enterprises and Latin American resource partners, spanning information matching, trade cooperation, and supply chain services.

During the summit, Zhao Yan also held discussions with multiple enterprise representatives and industry experts on topics such as “digital empowerment of cross-border resource cooperation” and “risks and responses in overseas deployment of the new energy industry chain,” sharing IBI’s practical achievements in promoting the digitalized overseas expansion of industries.

IBI and its Duoduo platforms continuously take industrial e-commerce, in-depth supply chains, big data services, cloud ERP services, smart logistics and warehousing, intelligent factories, and internet solutions as their directions of business practice, consistently focusing on the digital upgrading and cross-border cooperation of strategic emerging industries such as new energy and new materials.
Since its establishment, Boododo has cooperated with multiple resource enterprises, and will continue to promote information connectivity and trade implementation along the China–Latin America energy and chemical industry chain, with the goal of becoming an important link in China–Latin America new energy industry cooperation.
Zhao Yan’s invitation to attend the summit not only reflects industry recognition of IBI’s professional capabilities in the field of new energy cross-border cooperation, but also highlights the company’s important role in promoting Chinese listed companies’ expansion into Latin America and participation in global new energy resource allocation.

Looking ahead, IBI will continue to leverage the advantages of its industrial digitalization platforms, deepen its layout in the Latin American market with Boododo as a focal point, on the one hand helping Chinese new energy enterprises efficiently connect with Latin American strategic resources, and on the other hand promoting the digital upgrading of Latin American resource industries.
Through the two-way integration of technology and resources, IBI aims to build a new pattern of coordinated development of the China–Latin America new energy industry chain and contribute the wisdom and strength of Chinese enterprises to the sustainable development of the global new energy industry.
