On January 8, 2026, IBI organized a delegation to conduct research and exchange activities at the Alxa League High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
The delegation was led by Zhao Yan, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Boododo, and Zhang Jian, Vice Chairman of the Industrial Internet Branch of the China Information Association and President of the Industrial Internet Research Institute. Focusing on topics such as digital upgrading of industrial chains, optimization of supply chain collaboration, and innovation in hazardous chemicals logistics, the visit aimed to deepen industrial docking between both sides, explore diversified cooperation possibilities, and promote the deep integration of the industrial internet with the regional real economy.

During the visit, the delegation successively visited several key chemical enterprises in the park, conducting on-site inspections of production workshops, logistics and warehousing areas, and technology R&D centers, and gaining a detailed understanding of the enterprises’ operations in production processes, product R&D, and supply chain management.

The symposium was chaired by Tian Xueming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-Tech Zone and Director of the Administrative Committee.
Hu Kaiming, Member of the Party Working Committee of the Demonstration Zone and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee, gave a detailed introduction to the development of the industrial economy of the Alxa League High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, as well as its industrial layout in coal chemical engineering, salt chemical engineering, and fine chemical engineering.

He stated that in recent years, the High-Tech Zone has anchored its goals on high-quality development, taken “strengthening, supplementing, and extending industrial chains” as a key approach, built a modern chemical industry system with distinctive characteristics and strong resilience, and cultivated a group of leading enterprises in the industry.
More than 20 products, including nuclear-grade sodium and creatine, maintain leading domestic market shares. He noted that the digital economy and industrial e-commerce businesses of IBI’s Duoduo platforms can empower industrial chains from a higher perspective, and expressed expectations to carry out multi-level and multi-dimensional in-depth cooperation with IBI to jointly empower the high-quality development of the regional digital economy industry.

Zhao Yan, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Boododo, stated that IBI has been deeply engaged in the industrial internet field for more than 20 years, with its core mission being to use digital technology to empower traditional industries to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and achieve transformation and upgrading.
As a vertical e-commerce platform under IBI focusing on the chemical industry, Boododo has formed mature solutions in industrial chain integration and supply chain collaboration, has cumulatively served hundreds of thousands of chemical-related enterprises, and has accumulated rich industry practice experience.

The development needs of the High-Tech Zone in areas such as upstream and downstream industrial chain coordination, digital transformation, and optimization of hazardous chemicals logistics are highly complementary to the core strengths of IBI and Boododo.
He expressed the hope that through this visit, precise docking with the High-Tech Zone and local enterprises could be achieved, and through in-depth cooperation in resource integration, technology empowerment, and market expansion, help the High-Tech Zone’s chemical industry break through upstream and downstream barriers, improve full-chain efficiency, and realize mutual benefit, win-win results, and coordinated development.

Zhang Jian, Vice Chairman of the Industrial Internet Branch of the China Information Association and President of the Industrial Internet Research Institute, stated that the development approach of “strengthening, supplementing, and extending industrial chains” and the development philosophy of ecology first in the Alxa League High-Tech Industrial Development Zone have created high-quality scenarios for the deep integration of the industrial internet and the real economy.

At present, the digital economy is accelerating the reshaping of industrial patterns, and industrial chain digitalization and supply chain collaboration have become the core directions for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
The characteristic industrial clusters formed by the High-Tech Zone in areas such as coal chemical engineering and salt chemical engineering, as well as its outstanding achievements in circular economy development and core technology breakthroughs, are highly aligned with the empowerment needs of the industrial internet.
This research activity was not only aimed at learning from the High-Tech Zone’s industrial development experience, but also at building a bridge for in-depth cooperation.

This research activity built an efficient communication bridge between both sides and laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in the future.
IBI will continue to give full play to the advantages of its industrial internet platforms, combine the industrial characteristics and development needs of the Alxa High-Tech Zone, explore diversified cooperation paths, jointly promote high-quality regional industrial development, and support the construction of a trillion-yuan-level national advanced manufacturing industrial cluster.
