Liuzhou Municipal Delegation Led by Mayor Liu Shengyou Visits IBI
On November 13, Liu Shengyou, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liuzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Liuzhou, led a delegation to visit IBI. Qian Xiaojun, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IBI, extended a warm welcome on behalf of the company. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the digital transformation of Liuzhou’s signature industries, supply chain collaboration and innovation, and cross-border development of industrial belts, aiming to explore new models in which digital–real economy integration drives high-quality regional development. The visit was accompanied throughout by Shao Zhaojun, Vice President of IBI and Senior Vice President of Toodudu.
The delegation toured the Digital Economy Exhibition Hall, where they gained a detailed understanding of the Duoduo platform matrix, the company’s cross-border industrial belt strategies, and the application of IBI Cloud technologies. Mayor Liu highly recognized IBI’s model and its achievements. He noted that Liuzhou, a major industrial city in Guangxi, has a solid foundation in automotive, steel, and machinery manufacturing industries, and is actively cultivating new clusters in new materials and intelligent equipment. IBI’s experience in operating industrial internet platforms, digital supply chain systems, and cross-border industrial services aligns closely with Liuzhou’s development needs. He expressed hope for deeper cooperation to help Liuzhou’s manufacturing industries reduce costs, improve efficiency, and jointly expand international markets along the Belt and Road, accelerating the global development of “Made in Liuzhou.”
Qian Xiaojun stated that IBI is building three core growth engines: industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border industrial belt development. The company is accelerating digital upgrades across each of its industrial platforms and has already established overseas warehouse networks and cross-border service infrastructure in Central Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. With support from the Liuzhou government, IBI hopes to jointly develop a regional digital supply chain hub for industrial products and explore cooperation in cross-border expansion and digital cloud factory construction, injecting new momentum into Liuzhou’s industrial transformation.

Xishuangbanna Prefecture Delegation Led by Executive Deputy Governor Xu Jianbin Visits IBI
On November 19, Xu Jianbin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xishuangbanna Prefectural Committee and Executive Deputy Governor of the Prefecture, led a delegation to visit IBI. Xu held discussions with Shao Zhaojun, Vice President of IBI and Senior Vice President of Toodudu, focusing on cross-border supply chain services, digital empowerment of specialty agricultural products, and border-area industrial development.
Xu Jianbin introduced the industrial landscape of Xishuangbanna, noting its strategic position as a key node of the China–ASEAN Free Trade Area, with unique geographical advantages and abundant agricultural resources including tea, tropical fruits, and rubber. He emphasized Xishuangbanna’s strong potential in border opening, port economy development, cross-border trade, deep processing of agricultural products, and cultural tourism industries. He expressed hope for cooperation with Toodudu to leverage its digital technologies and cross-border supply chain capabilities to establish a digital trade corridor for agricultural products targeting South and Southeast Asia, promote “Yunnan Products Going Global,” and support prosperity along the border regions.
Shao Zhaojun noted that Toodudu, as an industrial internet platform under IBI, has comprehensive capabilities in digital supply chain services and industrial digitalization. With cross-border industrial belt development as a key strategic growth engine, the company has been expanding its business across Central Asia and Southeast Asia. He expressed hope to deepen cooperation with Xishuangbanna by establishing border-area cross-border service nodes in Yunnan, jointly building a regional cross-border digital supply chain hub, empowering local specialty industries, and exploring innovative models such as digital border-resident trade to support Yunnan’s role as a gateway to South and Southeast Asia.
