FDD attached great importance to this visit. The reception was joined by Bill Cui, General Manager of the Jinan Operations Center; Rafael Hou, General Manager of the Zibo Operations Center; Xu Ce, Director of Strategic Development; Zhang Yi, Director of Cross-Border Commerce; Feng Bo, Director of Operations; and Luna Zhang, Business Manager of the Zibo Operations Center.
The delegation first toured the Digital Economy Exhibition Hall and the Digital–Physical Integration Experience Center, gaining a comprehensive understanding of IBI’s industrial digital operations, the Duoduo platform’s cross-border strategies for industrial belts, and the technical applications and practical methodologies of IBI Cloud.

During the discussion session, both sides held in-depth and productive exchanges on topics including co-developing the “Digital Global International Reception Hall” platform and strengthening cross-border cooperation across agricultural industry chains.
At the meeting, Bill Cui extended a warm welcome to the Latin American delegation on behalf of the company and delivered a keynote presentation titled “FDD’s Global Agricultural Inputs Platform: Building a New Framework for Going Global.” He noted that FDD is committed to reshaping the agricultural inputs supply chain through digital technology and actively building cooperation bridges between China and global agricultural markets through innovative platforms such as the Digital Global International Reception Hall. He expressed that FDD hopes to take this exchange as an opportunity to deepen practical collaboration with Latin American partners in agricultural machinery, cross-border agricultural trade, and digital supply chain services—jointly building an open, collaborative, and efficient global ecosystem for agricultural inputs.
Néstor Fernando Andrades remarked that FDD’s deep commitment to industrial internet and digital economy development presented a new landscape for cooperation. He highlighted strong potential for collaboration across the full agricultural value chain, including bulk agricultural trade, agricultural machinery technology, and digital supply chain services. He also expressed hope that this visit would mark the beginning of a long-term partnership, connecting Latin America’s high-quality agricultural resources with China's vast market and establishing a sustainable cross-border agricultural cooperation ecosystem.
Speaking about the “Digital Global International Reception Hall” project, Wang Jinsong emphasized that the platform—jointly developed by the Middle East Liaoning General Chamber of Commerce and Feidoodoo—is designed to bring together global resources and facilitate two-way investment and trade. He noted that the visit of the Latin American delegation vividly demonstrated this platform’s bridging role. He stated that the Chamber would continue leveraging its strengths to promote deeper resource linkage between Latin America and China and work with FDD to establish the platform as a high-value hub for global industrial cooperation.
Following the meeting, and witnessed by representatives from all parties, FDD signed a series of Memoranda of Understanding with the Middle East Liaoning General Chamber of Commerce, the China–Latin America International Group, Nevenka Digital, and Mercosur. These agreements mark the formal establishment of cooperative relationships and lay a solid foundation for future collaboration in co-developing the Digital Global International Reception Hall, integrating agricultural industry chains, and advancing digital technology applications—opening a new chapter of shared resources, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit.
