On October 24, 2025, a delegation from the China National Light Industry Enterprise Management Association—including Vice Chairman Guo Hesheng, Secretary-General Li Shulun, and Deputy Secretary-General Jiang Xiaolai—visited the Digital Economy Headquarters of IBI. IBI’s Founder, CEO & President Qian Xiaojun, Director and Senior Vice President Wang Ting, Vice President of IBI Resource Network Chen Can, and Senior Manager of the President’s Office Liang Kewen attended the meeting.

The delegation first toured IBI’s Digital Economy Exhibition Hall. During the visit, Wang Ting, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI, provided a detailed introduction to IBI and its Duoduo platforms, highlighting achievements in industrial e-commerce, digital factories, smart supply chains, and the company’s three growth curves. He emphasized that IBI will continue to advance the deep integration of digital technologies—including the Internet, IoT, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence—with traditional industries, fulfilling its mission of helping the manufacturing sector reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

IBI Founder, CEO & President Qian Xiaojun extended a warm welcome to the delegation. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on digital technology R&D, industrial internet platform development, and future cooperation opportunities. This meeting focused on IBI’s core technological capabilities in the industrial internet domain and resulted in an initial consensus around potential collaboration aligned with the Association’s priorities. Qian noted that IBI looks forward to partnering with the Association to jointly explore new models of industry upgrading driven by digital technologies, and to co-create a new ecosystem for the light industry.

During the discussion, Chen Can, Vice President of IBI Resource Network, introduced the platform’s long-term engagement in light industry-related fields, which has resulted in a solid foundation of industry resources. She stated that IBI Resource Network will work closely with the Association to integrate their respective advantages, forming a complementary value chain and offering new paradigms for the integration of light industry management and technological innovation.

Vice Chairman Guo Hesheng highly recognized IBI and its Duoduo platforms for their business model and industry-chain development approach. He noted that IBI’s industrial internet practices align closely with the Association’s mission to serve enterprises.
He also introduced the Association’s three major platforms—the Light Industry Intellectual Property Working Committee, the Museum Professional Committee, and the Enterprise Value Enhancement Working Committee—emphasizing that both sides will continue to promote precise matching between technological resources and industry needs, and jointly build a digital service ecosystem for the light industry.

This meeting provided a comprehensive foundation for future cooperation. Both the China National Light Industry Enterprise Management Association and IBI expressed their intention to establish a regular communication mechanism and work together to inject new momentum into the development of the light industry.
