On November 5, 2025, the Global Supply Chain & Logistics Summit themed “AI X RWA”, co-hosted by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Asian Association of Supply Chain & Logistics, concluded successfully at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. As an innovation representative in the field of global cross-border digital supply chains, IBI’s CNAUTO platform, led by CEO Zhang Wei, participated in the event. Together with global industry experts and corporate representatives, the team explored new pathways for digital supply chain transformation. CNAUTO’s innovative practices and Asia-Pacific strategy provided a distinctive “China Solution” for improving global supply chain collaboration.

During the summit’s key dialogue session, Zhang Wei delivered a keynote centered on “Cross-border Digital Flexible Supply Chain Delivery for Industrial Sectors.” He explained CNAUTO’s solution to major challenges in global cross-border trade, noting that current supply chains commonly face issues such as low delivery efficiency, high costs, and non-transparent pricing. Through the two core models of “Dual-country, Dual-warehouse Fair Delivery” and “Bonded-zone Regulatory Price Validation,” combined with the digital collaboration of overseas warehouses, domestic rapid-delivery warehouses, and bonded delivery warehouses, CNAUTO has already completed pilot verification in the tire and automotive sectors. While enabling multi-to-multi vertical operations for B2B industrial clusters, it also builds a new delivery model that is efficient, transparent, and cost-effective. This model offers a replicable reference for the global upgrade of cross-border supply chain digitalization.

Speaking on the global strategy, Zhang Wei emphasized that Hong Kong—an international trade and financial center with unique geographical and policy advantages—serves as a critical hub for CNAUTO’s Asia-Pacific coordination. Looking ahead, CNAUTO will take Hong Kong as the core and integrate domestic industrial bases such as Shandong Port, Xinjiang border ports, and Sichuan-Chongqing rail-road networks with overseas hubs in the UAE and Southeast Asia. The company will build a multidimensional “sea–land–air–rail” network and deeply align with the “1750 Strategy,” providing Asia-Pacific customers with full-chain services featuring integrated warehousing & distribution, fair pricing, and digital tracking. This will further enhance the responsiveness of regional cross-border supply chains and strengthen the connection between Asia-Pacific industrial belts and global markets.

During the summit, IBI’s Cross-border Technology Center CTO Wei Lifeng, CNAUTO Vice President Liu Lei, and Technology Division III Director Wang Ying held in-depth discussions with Wu Jing, Deputy Director of the Asian Supply Chain and Logistics Research Institute; Zhao Qiang, Executive Vice President of Shenzhen OCEANGAIN Logistics Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Tao, Founder of Haichuang Chain. The parties reached multiple consensuses on topics including digital coordination in cross-border logistics and overseas warehouse integration, laying a solid foundation for future upstream-downstream cooperation across the industrial chain.

This participation not only showcased CNAUTO’s innovative achievements in China’s cross-border digital supply chain sector to a global audience, but also highlighted the proactive role of Chinese enterprises in the ongoing restructuring of global supply chains. Moving forward, CNAUTO will continue to drive innovation through technology, deepen its presence in Hong Kong and worldwide, and accelerate the industry’s transition from “traditional collaboration” to “digitally intelligent collaboration.” CNAUTO remains committed to contributing new momentum to the stable, efficient, and sustainable development of global industrial supply chains.
