On November 5, 2025, the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Development Seminar and Launch Ceremony of the IBI Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters was successfully held at the Digital Economy Industrial Park of Wuxi Economic Development Zone. More than one hundred guests—including officials of the Wuxi Economic Development Zone Management Committee and various departments, international business representatives, leading enterprises along key industry chains, industry associations, financial institutions, and research institutes—gathered to witness this important milestone in IBI’s regional digital economy layout and industry empowerment strategy.

Leadership Remarks

The Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Wuxi Economic Development Zone Management Committee stated in his remarks that IBI, as a leading enterprise in China’s industrial internet sector, has strong capabilities in industrial e-commerce and digital services. The launch of the Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters represents a concrete step by both government and enterprise toward implementing the national strategy for integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta, and toward driving deep integration between the digital economy and the real economy. Going forward, the Economic Development Zone will continue to provide strong policy and resource support, enabling IBI to further leverage its advantages in industrial digital services and support regional industrial upgrading.

IBI’s Founder and CEO, Qian Xiaojun, noted in his speech that the Yangtze River Delta, as one of China’s most dynamic and open economic regions, serves as a “front-runner zone” for deep integration of the digital and real economies. Wuxi, in particular, is a “demonstration city” for industrial–digital integration. IBI aims to take the launch of the new headquarters as a starting point, combining its accumulated experience in industrial data, supply chain collaboration, and digital transformation with Wuxi’s industrial strengths. The goal is to accelerate the digital and intelligent upgrading of the “465” industrial clusters, inject innovation momentum into Wuxi’s “15th Five-Year Plan” for digital economy development, contribute to higher-quality regional integration, and explore pathways for China’s industrial digitalization.

Launch Ceremony

At the ceremony, IBI Founder & CEO Qian Xiaojun, together with IBI Director and Senior Vice President Wang Ting, WDD/ZDD CEO Huang Shasha, LYDD/Kunpeng Yunchi CEO Ji Jingjing, and XDD/WLDD CEO Hao Fang, joined representatives from the Wuxi Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Wuxi Municipal Data Bureau, Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Commerce, as well as business leaders such as Ma Jianguo (President of the Beijing–Wuxi Chamber of Commerce), Sun Tao (President of Industrial Bank Wuxi Branch), and Yan Jianzhuang from Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, to officially launch the IBI Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters.

Following the launch, IBI Director and Senior Vice President Wang Ting elaborated on how the headquarters will empower the regional real economy. He announced that the headquarters will focus on building three major centers:

  1. An Industrial Internet Innovation Center — creating a new high ground for technology empowerment;

  2. An Industrial Data Element Circulation Center — unlocking new momentum driven by data;

  3. A Digital Supply Chain Collaboration Center — shaping a highly efficient collaborative ecosystem;
    aiming to become a “power engine” for regional industrial digital transformation.

During the event, the Wuxi Entrepreneurs Club and the UniAI Industry Alliance were officially unveiled. About the Newly Launched Headquarters

The newly launched IBI Yangtze River Delta Digital Economy Headquarters, located in the Digital Economy Industrial Park of the Wuxi Economic Development Zone, is positioned with the strategic vision of “Rooted in Wuxi, Serving the Yangtze River Delta, Enabling the Nation, Connecting the World.”

Focusing on three core domains—industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and industrial big-data applications—the headquarters aims to develop a regional trading center, an innovation lab, and a talent incubation hub. By building an open and shared platform ecosystem, it will promote deep integration and value realization of technology, data, and talent, fully leveraging its role as a chain-owner enterprise in industry-chain collaboration and its enabling effect in digital services.

With this launch as a starting point, IBI will continue to work with partners to deepen the integration of digital technologies with the real economy, support Wuxi in becoming a benchmark city for China’s industrial digitalization, inject strong momentum into higher-quality Yangtze River Delta integration, and contribute pioneering practices and innovative pathways for China’s industrial digital transformation.
