The 2025 Jing-Jin-Ji Forum on Industrial Intelligence Empowering the “Six Chains and Five Clusters” High-Quality Development Successfully Held at IBI Digital Economy Headquarters
On October 29, the 2025 Jing-Jin-Ji Industrial and Supply Chain Cooperation Event & Forum on Industrial Intelligence Empowering the “Six Chains and Five Clusters” High-Quality Development was successfully convened at the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters. Guided by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the event was jointly organized by the Beijing Federation for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization and the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Fengtai Science Park.
Under the theme “Leveraging Industrial Intelligent Agents to Deepen AI-enabled Industrial Applications — Building a New Paradigm for Jing-Jin-Ji Industrial Intelligence Collaboration,” the forum brought together government authorities, leading enterprises, and industry experts from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei to jointly explore innovative pathways for industrial intelligent agents to drive the region’s high-quality industrial development.
At the opening session, Zhang Yuhang (Level-II Inspector of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology), Cai Ou (Chief Engineer of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology), Mao Hongling (Chief Engineer of the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology), and Zhang Junfeng (Director of the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Fengtai Science Park) delivered keynote remarks. They emphasized that focusing on the “Six Chains and Five Clusters,” and taking industrial intelligent agents as a strategic breakthrough, will ignite new momentum for upgrading regional industrial and supply chains and strengthen the transformation toward digital and intelligent manufacturing.
The roundtable discussion was moderated by Yan Tongzhu, Chairman of the Beijing Federation for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. Participants included Chen Li, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Fengtai Science Park, as well as representatives from Tasly Pharmaceutical Group, CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, IBI, Tsinghua Shuimu Capital, Tencent Cloud, and other enterprises. Together, they engaged in an in-depth dialogue on how industrial intelligent agents can serve as an innovation engine for advancing the “Six Chains and Five Clusters.”
IBI Vice President and CTO Zhang Meifu noted that, as the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji has risen to the level of national strategy, industrial intelligent agents are no longer merely tools for cutting costs and improving efficiency. Instead, they are becoming a core driver for shifting the “Six Chains and Five Clusters” from factor aggregation to value aggregation, thereby shaping new competitive advantages for the regional industrial system. As a leading chain-owner enterprise in the industrial internet sector, IBI has centered its strategy on “platforms, technology, and data,” advancing deep integration between industrial intelligent agents and the “Six Chains and Five Clusters.” Through its Duoduo Industrial AI platform, IBI is building a collaborative network characterized by “data interconnectivity, resource sharing, and complementary capabilities,” enabling SMEs across industry chains to adopt unified standards and interoperable data models. By aligning with government bodies and research institutions, IBI aims to foster an ecosystem of co-development of technologies, co-creation of scenarios, and shared value.
The successful hosting of this forum has provided an important platform for industrial intelligence collaboration across Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, marking a new stage in the region’s intelligent integration. Looking ahead, under the guidance of the national “AI+” initiative, industrial intelligent agents will evolve from enterprise-level efficiency tools into full-chain “intelligent brains” that empower every segment of industrial and supply chain operations, injecting sustained momentum into the upgrading of the “Six Chains and Five Clusters.”
IBI will continue to leverage the Duoduo Industrial AI platform to deepen the application of industrial intelligent agents in key scenarios such as R&D collaboration, intelligent manufacturing, and supply chain scheduling. By building reusable industry knowledge bases and intelligent algorithm models, IBI will empower enterprises along the chain with cost reduction, efficiency gains, and data-driven decision-making. Meanwhile, the company will continue to play its role as a chain owner, breaking down barriers in cross-regional data circulation and resource integration, exporting application standards and practical models for industrial intelligent agents, and contributing IBI’s strength to improving the industrial intelligence ecosystem and promoting the region’s high-quality industrial development.
