President Qian Xiaojun Reappointed as a Special Supervisor by the Beijing Municipal Tax Service

On July 18, 2019, President Qian Xiaojun of IBI attended the appointment ceremony held by the Beijing Municipal Tax Service of the State Administration of Taxation for the “Special Supervisors on Business Environment Optimization and Tax Reduction Initiatives.”

At the ceremony, Li Yamin, Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Municipal Tax Service, presented letters of appointment to 16 individuals, including President Qian Xiaojun. This marks the second consecutive term that Mr. Qian has been appointed as a Special Supervisor of the Beijing Municipal Tax Service.

During the ceremony, Director Li Yamin outlined the supervisory duties and liaison role of the Special Supervisors. He also summarized the bureau’s recent work on “staying true to the mission, optimizing the business environment, and implementing tax reduction and fee reduction policies.” He introduced the bureau’s new initiatives to enhance services and improve operations, responded in detail to suggestions and concerns raised by enterprises, and designated specific departments and responsible officers to follow up and address these issues promptly.

The meeting was presided over by Li Sicheng, Party Committee Member and Head of the Discipline Inspection Office of the Beijing Municipal Tax Service. Other attendees included Cheng Jun, Leader of the First Tour Guidance Group for the “Remain True to the Original Aspiration and Keep the Mission Firmly in Mind” campaign of the State Taxation Administration; Shen Yongqi, Chief Economist and Party Committee Member of the Beijing Municipal Tax Service; Liu Jiaquan, Director of the General Office; Shang Xu, Director of the Party Building Office; Zhu Li, Deputy Director of the Taxpayer Service Division; Wang Lei, Deputy Director of the Large Enterprise Taxation Bureau; and Ning Bodong, Director of the Tax Science and Technology Division.
