Feb 16 — Filings granted; Anti-epidemic group-buy zone upgraded.
IBI’s Duoduo platforms—Toodudu (TDD), Wdoodoo (WDD), and Boododo (BDD)—have each updated their business scope, obtained Class II Medical Device Operation Filing Certificates, and completed online medical-device sales filings. These steps connect upstream and downstream links of the anti-epidemic supply chain, add new SKUs, and strengthen platform operations.

Since Feb 10, when IBI launched the Duoduo “Fight the Epidemic” Supply-Chain Support Program, the company has leveraged vertical strengths across nonwovens & melt-blown; PP/PE/PVC; ethanol & sodium hypochlorite; glass substrates to support manufacturers of masks, protective clothing, medical gloves, disinfectants, medical alcohol, and pharmaceutical glass in resuming production (including cross-industry conversions). The new filings further enhance Duoduo’s role as a supply-chain hub, improving resource orchestration and end-to-end service capability.

In parallel, Duoduo has upgraded and relaunched the Anti-Epidemic Procurement Zone, adopting cloud-factory contract production, online group buying, and global sourcing to accelerate demand–supply matching and secure raw-material availability. As of Feb 15, cumulative group-buy intents total:

  • Nonwoven fabric: ~3,000 tons (incl. melt-blown: ~500 tons)

  • Masks: ~35 million units

  • PVC/PP/PE: ~15,000 tons

  • Ethanol (alcohol): ~3,500 tons

  • Disinfectant wipes: ~3 million m²

  • Sodium hypochlorite (84 base): ~4,000 tons
