Guangyuan (Sichuan) Party Secretary He Shuping Visits IBI

Recently, He Shuping, Secretary of the CPC Guangyuan Municipal Committee (Sichuan Province), led a delegation to the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters. They were warmly received by Qian Xiaojun, IBI Founder & CEO, and Liu Zhai, IBI Director and Senior Vice President. The two sides held in-depth discussions on industrial-internet platform building and B2B industrial products trading.

Secretary He Shuping introduced Guangyuan’s strategic position within the Belt and Road Initiative and the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, as well as the city’s plans to develop a B&R international block-train consolidation hub, a national high-speed-rail express demonstration base, a multimodal transport center, and a bulk-commodity trading center. He noted that Guangyuan highly values IBI’s comprehensive strengths in industrial-internet platforms, big-data services, enterprise intelligent & digital upgrades, and smart-park development. He expressed hope to leverage IBI’s expertise to deliver practical digital solutions that enable industrial upgrading and support high-quality regional development.

CEO Qian Xiaojun extended a sincere welcome to the delegation and highlighted IBI’s role as a pioneer in the industrial-internet space. He emphasized that IBI’s core value lies in providing end-to-end digital services for industry, serving as a key engine for enterprise quality and efficiency improvement. IBI will strengthen communication with Guangyuan, align platform capabilities with local industrial chains, and jointly advance the digital transformation and cluster development of Guangyuan’s characteristic industries, helping local enterprises reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.

This visit laid a solid foundation for further collaboration. Looking ahead, IBI will deepen its strategic cooperation with Guangyuan, drawing on its extensive experience in B2B e-commerce and the industrial internet to forge new regional advantages and create a win-win model for the digital era.

Participants included Guangyuan municipal leaders Long Zhaoxue, Wu Yong, and Zhang Xuntu; principals from Guangyuan Economic & Technological Development Zone, Guangyuan International Rail Port, and the Municipal Bureaus of Economy and Information Technology, Commerce, Economic Cooperation, and Foreign Affairs. From IBI, attendees included Shao Zhaojun (SVP, Toodudu), Wei Liqiang (General Manager, Data Center), and Liang Kewen (Senior Manager, President’s Office).
