First Batch of Chinese Masks Arrives in Australia and Peru — IBI’s Duoduo E-commerce Launches Global COVID-19 Support Initiative

Shipments of masks dispatched via Toodudu (TDD) Cross-border E-commerce have successfully arrived in Australia and Peru, providing timely supplies for local COVID-19 response efforts. This marks the official kickoff of IBI’s Duoduo E-commerce Global Anti-Pandemic Support Initiative.

As COVID-19 spreads rapidly worldwide and protective supplies remain scarce, Duoduo Cross-border E-commerce is leveraging IBI’s global market reach and the end-to-end operating capabilities it rapidly built across the epidemic-prevention materials value chain to open cross-border supply channels.

Since the Spring Festival, numerous domestic manufacturers have expanded capacity or pivoted production, enabling swift output growth for masks, protective clothing, disinfectants, and other essential items. With China’s outbreak largely under control, domestic supply tension has eased and the capability to serve broader international demand has increased.

On February 10, IBI launched its Industry Chain COVID-19 Support Action, coordinating 1,092 upstream and downstream enterprises to demonstrate responsibility across the value chain.

With the Global Support Initiative now underway, Duoduo E-commerce will:

  • Build on strong domestic supply,

  • Act as a global industry-chain hub, and

  • Use the existing online Anti-Pandemic Zone, global sourcing, and group-buying functions—further optimized—to meet worldwide demand for epidemic-prevention materials, contributing to the collective fight against COVID-19.
