On September 15, Mr. Deng Bin, Vice Mayor of Panzhihua, and Tan Renwen, Director of the General Affairs Department of Panzhihua State Investment Group, visited IBI (Beijing United Information Technology Co., Ltd.). They met with Liu Quan, Chairman of IBI, Liu Zhai, CEO of Toodudu, and Ji Jingjing, CEO of Lydodo, engaging in in-depth discussions that led to a preliminary cooperation consensus in areas such as the intelligent supply chain for the vanadium-titanium industry, the titanium industry, and the smart agricultural supply park.

Panzhihua boasts abundant vanadium-titanium and agricultural resources. Vice Mayor Deng Bin emphasized that “With the continuous innovation of internet applications, the construction of the industrial internet has become a major focus. We hope that IBI’s platforms — Toodudu, Feidoodoo, and Lydodo — can fully leverage their industrial internet advantages to form strong partnerships with local enterprises in Panzhihua and jointly promote industrial innovation and development together with the local government.”

Toodudu, as an industrial internet platform for the coatings and chemical industry, began its operations with titanium dioxide as its core product and quickly expanded to cover the entire titanium dioxide and titanium materials value chains.
CEO Liu Zhai stated, “Respecting the localized development patterns of industrial chains while leveraging the advantages of industrial internet platforms to drive industrial innovation and upgrading is one of our core missions. With the strong support of the Panzhihua Municipal Government, Toodudu, Feidoodoo, and Lydodo will be further empowered to strengthen their service capabilities in these fields.”

IBI Chairman Liu Quan added that “With industrial innovation as the core, each Duoduo platform should fully leverage its service ecosystem advantages, working closely with industrial enterprises and regional governments to jointly build an industrial internet ecosystem and achieve multidimensional value creation.”

Following comprehensive discussions, both sides agreed that there is broad potential for collaboration in smart supply chain construction for the vanadium-titanium industry, the titanium sector, and the agricultural smart park initiative.
