IBI Chairman Liu Quan Invited to Speak at the World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit
On September 26, the 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit opened in Wuzhen, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. Liu Quan, Chairman of Beijing United Information Technology Co., Ltd. (IBI), was invited to attend the event and deliver a speech at the thematic forum “High-Level Forum on Network Content Innovation in the Digital Era.”
The World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, co-hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, is a world-class annual gathering of the global internet community. This year’s theme was “Towards a New Era of Digital Civilization – Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace.” The High-Level Forum on Network Content Innovation in the Digital Era focused on new forms of digital content creation and innovation in the context of the digital age.
At the forum, opening remarks were delivered by Sheng Ronghua, Deputy Director of the CAC; Hu Bangsheng, Member of the Party Group and Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Writers Association; Zhu Guoxian, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Minister of the Publicity Department; and Jiang Zaizhong, Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group (Hong Kong).
Chairman Liu Quan shared the stage with distinguished speakers including Professor Zhang Yiwu (Peking University, Director of the Center for Cultural Resources Studies), Zhang Yang (Chief Correspondent of Xinhua News Agency), renowned online author Tang Jia San Shao, Cao Zenghui (Senior Vice President of Weibo Operations), Chen Shiqu (Deputy Director General of the Tibet Autonomous Region Public Security Department), and acclaimed novelist Ma Boyong.

In his speech, Chairman Liu Quan emphasized:
“With the arrival of the digital era, content innovation in the industrial internet plays a vital role in driving industrial transformation and upgrading. Industrial big data mining and innovative application form the essential foundation for meeting the evolving content needs of the real economy. IBI is leveraging its strengths to lead industrial content innovation, creating value by serving and empowering industrial transformation and upgrading.”
His keynote presentation, titled “Data-Driven Industrial Internet Services,” received high praise from attendees and was recognized as a representative voice in advancing the integration of digital content innovation and industrial development.
