The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the China Association for Science and Technology, and the People’s Government of Liaoning Province, and hosted by the Shenyang Municipal Government, the China Industrial Internet Research Institute, the Liaoning Communications Administration, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Liaoning Association for Science and Technology.
Distinguished attendees included Zhang Guoqing, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee; Zhang Yuzhuo, Party Secretary of the China Association for Science and Technology; Xu Xiaolan, Vice Minister of MIIT; and Chen Xiangqun, Executive Vice Governor of Liaoning Province.
IBI joined industry leaders such as China Unicom, Neusoft Corporation, Qi An Xin, Aerospace Cloud Network, Unis Cloud, RootCloud, XCMG Information, DBAPPSecurity, Midea Group, and CHINT Group—all MIIT-recognized National Industrial Internet Pilot and Demonstration Enterprises—for a high-level roundtable discussion organized by the China Industrial Internet Research Institute.
During the thematic forum, President Qian Xiaojun delivered a keynote speech titled “Innovative Applications of Industrial Internet Platforms Based on Vertical Digital Supply Chains.”
He introduced IBI’s PTDCloud Industrial Internet Platform, which focuses on vertical industrial chains and digital supply chains. The platform leverages industrial e-commerce transactions and order-driven mechanisms to accelerate the construction of cloud factories and digital factories, linking enterprises across the same industry, supply, and value chains.
Through this interconnected digital network, PTDCloud enables unified data flows within an open yet closed-loop vertical industrial service system, achieving efficient resource sharing and intelligent coordination across capacity planning, product design, raw materials, spare parts, logistics, warehousing, and market operations.
Ultimately, it aims to realize a comprehensive closed-loop ecosystem integrating information flow, order flow, capital flow, and logistics flow—advancing industrial digitalization and intelligent transformation.
