At 4:00 p.m., the IBI delegation’s flight landed at Yichang Airport. Without pause, the group immediately drove to visit its strategic cloud factory partner — Hubei Zhongfu Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Maolong Zhongfu). That evening, Chairman Liu Quan and his team toured the workshops, warehouses, sample rooms, and offices to gain a thorough understanding of Zhongfu’s phosphate ore resources, production lines, process systems, technical reserves, and safety and environmental management, followed by in-depth discussions with key partners.

On October 12, the delegation was warmly received by Yin Daihuang, General Manager of Maolong Zhongfu, along with Chen Xin (Executive Director), Wang Liangshan (Executive Vice General Manager), Fu Kaiyu (Deputy General Manager), Lin Li (General Manager of Hengyi Zhongheng), and Wu Lixin (Executive Deputy General Manager). The two sides conducted a detailed on-site inspection of the Zhongfu Cloud Factory, learned about the progress of its digital transformation, and exchanged insights on future collaboration and development.

Hubei Zhongfu Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (Maolong Zhongfu) is a long-established fine phosphate chemical enterprise that integrates phosphate mining, beneficiation, and processing. It combines “mining and fertilizer production” to achieve efficient utilization of phosphate resources, circular economy, and green production. The company operates at a scale of 500 mu, with an annual output capacity of 70,000 tons of 85% refined acid, 150,000 tons of 60% monoammonium phosphate, 30,000 tons of 73% industrial MAP, 300,000 tons of compound fertilizer, 250,000 tons of phosphate ore, and 430,000 tons of sulfuric acid.

In January 2021, Maolong Zhongfu officially joined the IBI Duoduo Cloud Factory System. A new joint venture — Feidoodoo Cloud Factory (Yichang) Technology Co., Ltd. — was established to implement digital construction and supply chain operations.

General Manager Yin Daihuang remarked that Maolong Zhongfu highly values its strategic partnership with Feidoodoo, and since joining the Duoduo Cloud Factory system, its production lines have been running at full capacity with great enthusiasm from the staff.
