On October 17, at the award ceremony of the 2025 “Data Factor ×” Beijing Competition—guided by the National Data Administration and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, and jointly organized by over 30 departments including the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Government Services and Data Management—IBI won the First Prize in the highly competitive “Data Factor × Commerce and Trade Circulation” category for its project “IBI Industrial Data Integration Empowering Supply Chain Intelligence and Trade Circulation Modernization.”

As an important initiative to implement the national Three-Year Action Plan for Data Factor × (2024–2026), the competition aims to leverage the multiplier effect of data factors to empower high-quality economic and social development. The event yielded fruitful results and broad influence. IBI not only demonstrated its leading practices in integrating data factors with the real economy but will also advance to the national finals as a representative project from the Beijing division—underscoring its active role in promoting the market-oriented circulation of data factors and contributing to the modernization of China’s industrial system.

Winning in the “Data Factor × Commerce and Trade Circulation” category highlights the project’s outstanding performance in technological innovation, application results, and market potential. IBI has built a data-driven digital empowerment system that spans the full chain of “transactions + supply chain + production + cross-border operations.” By deeply mining and integrating industrial data, the system significantly enhances resource coordination efficiency across upstream and downstream enterprises, strengthens their digital operation capabilities, and realizes “data interconnection, collaborative decision-making, and optimized resource allocation” throughout the production-supply chain. These achievements enabled the project to stand out among numerous strong contenders and earn high recognition from the judges.

As a new factor of production, data serves as a key driver in developing new quality productive forces. IBI remains committed to the deep development and utilization of data elements, establishing a full life-cycle governance system covering data collection, cleaning, labeling, modeling, and secure encryption. This framework ensures data quality and compliance, while addressing the critical challenge of secure and controllable cross-entity and cross-scenario data circulation. It provides a solid foundation for unlocking the value of data elements and empowering the real economy, forming a new paradigm of trade and supply chain upgrading characterized by “data integration – collaborative empowerment – efficiency elevation.”

Winning the First Prize represents authoritative recognition of IBI’s continuous innovation and practical achievements in the application of data factors. Looking ahead, IBI will continue to pursue its “platform, technology, and data” strategy, deepening the aggregation, governance, and integrated application of industrial data. The company will actively explore new models and pathways for unlocking the value of data factors, using the upcoming national finals as a new starting point. Together with ecosystem partners, IBI will further advance the broad, deep, and high-impact empowerment of data elements—contributing more “IBI power” to the modernization of industrial systems and the deep integration of the digital and real economies.
