On June 15, Sheng Qiuping, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, visited IBI (Beijing United Information Technology Co., Ltd.) for an in-depth research and guidance session, accompanied by Zhang Xiang, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Circulation Development of the Ministry of Commerce. IBI CEO & President Qian Xiaojun, Director and Senior Vice President Liu Zhai, Chairman of the Supervisory Board & Assistant President Liu Rui, and Technical Director Zhang Meifu, among other senior executives, participated in the meeting.

As one of the first batch of “National Model Enterprises for Supply Chain Innovation and Application”, jointly recognized by eight government ministries, Vice Minister Sheng conducted interactive discussions with the IBI leadership team on the company’s practices in industrial and supply chain innovation, offering insightful guidance on the development of digital industrial ecosystems.

During the visit, Vice Minister Sheng toured IBI’s Data Center and IBI SaaS Service Digital Exhibition Hall, where President Qian Xiaojun and his team presented a detailed report on IBI’s industrial internet platform model, its progress in enhancing industrial chain digitalization, innovating supply chain value, and its contributions to ensuring stable supply, smooth logistics, and production recovery.

Vice Minister Sheng commended IBI’s achievements in the innovation and application of industrial and supply chain systems, encouraging the company to seize the opportunities brought by industrial internet development and its designation as a national model enterprise. He expressed hope that IBI would continue to grow rapidly and play an even more active role in ensuring the stability and security of China’s industrial and supply chains.

In response, Qian Xiaojun stated that IBI will remain committed to its “Platform, Technology, Data” strategic framework — deepening engagement in the industrial chain, optimizing supply chain operations, and enhancing value creation. The company will continue to drive the rapid growth of industrial e-commerce, build a high-efficiency industrial digital ecosystem, and empower upstream and downstream enterprises to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.
