IBI Selected as a Member Unit of the MIIT Key Laboratory of Industrial Big Data Analysis and Integrated Applications 2022 Working Groups

Recently, the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center released the list of member units for the 2022 working groups of the MIIT Key Laboratory of Industrial Big Data Analysis and Integrated Applications. IBI was successfully selected as a member of both the Big Data and Real Economy Integration Working Group and the Digital Supply Chain Working Group.


As a MIIT Key Laboratory, the Industrial Big Data Analysis and Integrated Applications Laboratory, established in 2017, is positioned as a national platform for the aggregation of industrial big data innovation resources and an innovation service hub. Its goal is to become a leading domestic and internationally advanced research base. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the laboratory is led by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, with a focus on collaborative R&D of industrial big data technologies, ecosystem building, and application promotion.

Drawing on years of industry expertise, IBI has achieved significant results in both the integration of big data with the real economy and digital supply chain development, guided by its mission to “advance digital industrialization and industrial digitalization.”

IBI focuses on key challenges such as upstream and downstream supply chain coordination and data sharing. By fully integrating supply chain processes with new technologies such as the Internet, IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence, IBI drives innovation in emerging business models, promotes the digitalization, networking, and intelligent upgrading of supply chains, and leads transformative change through technological innovation. These efforts support the digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector and the creation of a cross-industry digital ecosystem.
