Xiantao Party Secretary Luo Lianfeng Leads Delegation to Inspect Xiantao Zhongxing (Duoduo Digital Cloud Factory) and Gives High Praise
On the morning of August 6, Luo Lianfeng, Secretary of the CPC Xiantao Municipal Committee, and Sun Daojun, Mayor of Xiantao, together with leaders from towns, sub-districts, and relevant municipal departments, conducted on-site inspections as part of the city’s second-quarter project review activities. They visited the Toodudu Titanium Tetrachloride Cloud Factory operated by Zhongxing Electronics, where they inspected the construction and implementation of the Xiantao Zhongxing 5G Industrial Internet Smart Factory Project, and gave it high recognition.
Since 2021, IBI has been implementing its “Hundred Cloud Factories” initiative, advancing digital transformation of its cloud factories in phases. This strategy, through “deep supply chain + digital factory,” aims to significantly reduce costs and improve efficiency for enterprises. As a model enterprise in Duoduo Cloud Factory’s digital transformation, Xiantao Zhongxing has successively carried out upgrades in management, production, logistics, quality inspection, energy consumption, workplace safety, and equipment management.
Enabled by IBI SaaS services, Xiantao Zhongxing has taken the lead in the city by implementing factory-wide risk grading and control, hazard tracing and rectification, drone inspections, and mobile app-based participation for employees to report hazards—ensuring everyone acts as a safety inspector. The system has passed evaluations by provincial and ministerial experts and received high recognition from the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Hubei Provincial Emergency Management Department. Furthermore, with electronic tags and base stations, the factory realized personnel-level management and intelligent scheduling to improve emergency response efficiency. Through automated controls, production efficiency has increased without expanding capacity. With online monitoring and big data cloud analysis algorithms, the factory has automated equipment operations and reduced energy consumption.
After inspecting the project’s implementation and hearing a report from Zhao Zhongyou, General Manager of the company, Secretary Luo Lianfeng and his delegation highly praised the smart factory project.
Adhering to its strategy of “platform, technology, and data,” IBI attaches great importance to the deep application of digital technology in industrial and supply chains. The company is building a highly efficient, intelligent, and integrated digital platform to drive the digitalization of the real economy, empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and accelerate the development of an advanced industrial digitalization system, thereby contributing to the healthy growth of China’s digital economy.
