Iowa, United States

Iowa is located in the Midwest of the United States, known as the "American Heartland." It covers an area of 145,741 square kilometers, with a population of about 3 million. To the east, it borders Illinois across the Mississippi River; to the west, it borders Nebraska across the Missouri River; and to the southeast, it is adjacent to Missouri, while to the northeast it is separated from Wisconsin and Minnesota. With its outstanding advantages and favorable conditions, Iowa provides an important foundation for both large and small enterprises to expand and grow stronger locally.

The state’s central location, combined with its highly diverse transportation system and extensive logistics services, offers strong convenience for the distribution of agricultural products and raw materials produced in Iowa. At the same time, Iowa has invested heavily in infrastructure such as airports, railways, and highways, as well as in advanced telecommunications (including wireless networks), further improving the operational efficiency of local enterprises.

Iowa is best known for its agriculture. Corn, soybeans, hogs, and eggs are among the state’s leading products in the United States. Therefore, Iowa’s food processing and manufacturing industries are also highly developed. In addition, Iowa enjoys advantages of economic diversity, with strengths in finance, insurance, biotechnology, and related service sectors, enabling the state to maintain strong competitiveness.
