Optimizing Structure, Deepening Cultivation — 2023 IBI Spring Kick-off Conference Held Online

As time advances and the year turns anew, on February 3, just before the Beginning of Spring in the Year of the Rabbit, IBI convened its annual kick-off conference online via the IBI SaaS Service Meeting Room. With great enthusiasm, the entire teams from all Duoduo platforms, IBI Resource Network, as well as middle- and back-office departments participated in the event.

In 2022, under the guiding principle of “Linking Chains, Pursuing Excellence,” we achieved resilient growth and climbed to new heights.

For 2023, with the theme of “Optimizing Structure, Deepening Cultivation,” the company will actively optimize its product structure, business structure, organizational structure, and talent structure. It will continue to strengthen penetration into industrial chains, refine supply chains, and enhance value chains. Guided by the overall strategy of “Platform, Technology, and Data,” IBI will promote the sustained, high-quality growth of industrial e-commerce, vigorously advance the Hundred Cloud Factories Program, and accelerate the building of a robust industrial digital ecosystem.

At the kick-off meetings of the Duoduo platforms, the CEOs, category leaders, functional heads, and their teams from Toodudu, Weidoodoo, Zdoodoo, Boododo, Feidoodoo, Lydodo, Xdoodoo, and Yidoodoo demonstrated vitality and determination. They set clear goals and showed strong momentum, embodying the spirit of unity, dedication, and a shared dream.

At the IBI Resource Network’s kick-off conference, divisions covering petroleum, chemicals, steel, non-ferrous metals, coal, power, machinery, automobiles, electronics, transportation, logistics, environmental protection, construction, building materials, and culture reviewed past achievements and mapped out future strategies. They emphasized coordinated online–offline collaboration, deep cultivation, and continuous enhancement of member service value through dedicated PM and HR strategies.

The IBI SaaS Service digital technology team, along with finance, board office, general office, HR, administration, design, and resource teams, all expressed firm commitment to move forward in the new year. They pledged to collaborate closely with the Duoduo platforms and IBI Resource Network to advance the construction of digital factories, industrial internet, smart logistics, digital warehousing, and the industrial metaverse, contributing to IBI’s role as a pioneer in industrial digitalization.

In 2023, all IBI staff will continue to uphold the industrial internet and digitalization strategy centered on “Platform, Technology, and Data.” With optimized structures and deepened efforts, they will stride into the future with vigor and confidence.
