Integrating the Digital Industrial Economy with Red Genes — Visit of Jing Junrong, County Mayor of Fuping County, to IBI
On February 16, Jing Junrong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Fuping County Committee and County Mayor of Fuping County, Shaanxi Province, visited IBI’s Feidoodoo platform along with Feng Dapeng, Director of the Fuping County Development and Reform Bureau; Zhang Hongwei, Director of the Fuping County Emergency Management Bureau; Wu Sha, Deputy Director of the Fuping County Development and Reform Bureau; Wen Saiguang, Deputy Director of the Safety Education Committee of the China Association for Emergency Management; and Guo Min from the Planning and Development Department of China Datang Corporation. The two sides engaged in extensive exchanges on integrating red revolutionary traditions with the digital industrial economy to empower regional economic development.
The delegation first toured the Duoduo Data Center and the IBI SaaS Service Digital Experience Hall. Wang Ting, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI, gave a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development journey, strategic positioning, the overall operational model of the Duoduo platforms, and IBI’s practices in industrial digitalization.
Fuping County boasts a fine revolutionary tradition and a profound red cultural heritage. In recent years, its agriculture has developed rapidly toward industrialization, specialization, and scientific modernization. The county is actively exploring digital industrial development paths suited to its resource endowments. Through government–enterprise collaboration and multidimensional cooperation, it is injecting sustainable momentum into local economic growth.
Jing Junrong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Fuping County Committee and County Mayor, emphasized that as a leading B2B e-commerce and industrial internet platform enterprise, IBI is a pioneer and practitioner of the digital industrial economy, with outstanding value in promoting digitalization across industries. Li Lingyun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of IBI, stated that in implementing the 14th Five-Year Plan, IBI actively follows the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Effectively Linking the Consolidation of Poverty Alleviation Achievements with Rural Revitalization. By leveraging practices in the digital industrial economy, IBI is expanding the scope of government–enterprise collaboration and advancing the value of digitalization in less developed regions. With Fuping’s strong red gene, both sides are empowered by cultural strength to jointly advance local industrial innovation and upgrading.
During the exchange, the two sides also had in-depth discussions on establishing multidimensional cooperation and reached a consensus on continuously promoting the digital industrial economy as a lever to empower Fuping County’s industrial economy for efficient development.
