Secretary Chen Qi of the CPC Ruichang Municipal Committee Leads Delegation to IBI Toodudu
On the morning of April 13, the Ruichang Municipal Government and IBI Toodudu held a working exchange meeting at IBI’s second headquarters. Attendees from Ruichang included Chen Qi, Secretary of the CPC Ruichang Municipal Committee; Liu Qiang, Vice Mayor of the Ruichang Municipal Government; Xu Hui, Director of the Natural Resources Bureau; Yi Chenglu, Director of the Water Resources Bureau; Yang Hui, Director of the Bureau of Commerce; and Jin Minglei, Deputy Director of the CPC Committee Office.
They were warmly received by Qian Xiaojun, Founder, CEO and President of IBI; Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of Toodudu; Zhang Meifu, Chief Technology Officer of IBI; Shao Zhaojun, Senior Vice President of Toodudu and Director of Operations; and Wang Shuo, Assistant to the President of Toodudu. The two sides held discussions on deepening government–enterprise cooperation.
Secretary Chen Qi and the delegation toured IBI’s Digital Economy Headquarters and the IBI SaaS Service Digital Experience Hall. Accompanied by Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of Toodudu, they received a systematic introduction to the company’s development trajectory, operating model, and value philosophy.
Secretary Chen Qi remarked that IBI is a leading digital industrial economy platform in China, with a solid base of user resources. He noted that there is broad space for cooperation between IBI and Ruichang’s advantageous industries in the field of industrial digitalization, and expressed his hope for comprehensive, multidimensional cooperation with IBI’s Duoduo platforms.
Qian Xiaojun, CEO and President of IBI, stated: “Ruichang, with its abundant industrial resources, is a key target region for IBI’s strategic focus. We hope to work hand in hand with the local government and major industrial enterprises to jointly promote digital construction and create greater value.”
Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and CEO of Toodudu, added: “Toodudu has already established deep cooperative ties with several major enterprises in Ruichang. Based on this foundation, and through initiatives such as digital cloud factories and digital industrial parks, we see significant opportunities to extend the industrial chain, optimize the supply chain, and enhance the value chain. With the support and guidance of the local government, we hope to jointly empower industrial innovation and upgrading.”
During the exchange, both sides also engaged in in-depth discussions on establishing multidimensional cooperation and reached a broad consensus.
