On September 19, the “Intelligence Empowers Enterprises” Ecosystem Cooperation Conference was held in Changsha, jointly hosted by the Artificial Intelligence Industry Branch of the China Electronic Information Industry Federation, the Industrial Internet Branch of the China Information Industry Chamber of Commerce, the Hunan Sub-Alliance of the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance, China Electronics Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. (CEII), and the Changsha Information Industry Park Administrative Committee. Liu Zhai, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI and Founder & CEO of Toodudu, was invited to attend and, on behalf of IBI, signed an industrial internet project cooperation agreement on site with Deng Ziwei, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of CEII.

The conference aimed to strengthen new infrastructure, break through new technologies, enhance new supply, and stimulate new transformations, enabling more enterprises to gain “intelligent wings” to continuously improve production efficiency and industrial competitiveness. More than 200 representatives participated in the event, including officials from the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha Economic Development Zone, Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, Changsha County, Changsha Information Industry Park, Changsha National Blockchain Secure and Reliable Computing Industry Promotion Center, Jishui County, enterprises under China Electronics, subsidiaries of CEII, partner companies, and media outlets such as Hunan Economic TV and Changsha News Channel.

Founded in July 2018, CEII is a joint venture co-established by China Electronics (a Fortune Global 500 company) and the Changsha Municipal Government, with its headquarters in Changsha, Hunan Province. CEII serves as an important platform for China Electronics to advance the industrial internet sector and as a key digital industry platform for Hunan Province to build a nationally significant advanced manufacturing base. It has developed Hunan’s first domestically incubated, centrally administered, national-level cross-industry and cross-domain industrial internet platform, making it the second such platform in China managed by a central SOE.

Based on this strategic agreement, IBI’s PTDCloud Industrial Internet Platform and CEII will leverage their advantages in supply chain extension, digital factory implementation, advanced intelligent manufacturing concepts, and technology evaluation methods to jointly build IBI’s Digital Cloud Factories, Cloud Warehouses and Logistics, and Digital Industrial Parks. Together, they will form a digital supply chain system to help production enterprises reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance efficiency. This ecosystem cooperation will also provide strong support for IBI’s strategic goal of building 1,000 cloud factories within five years.
