IBI Selected into MIIT's "Chain-style" Digital Transformation Typical Cases for Two Consecutive Years
Recently, the 2023 National Conference on Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises opened in Hefei. Hosted jointly by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the People's Government of Anhui Province, the conference grandly released the list of 2023 typical cases of "chain-style" digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises at the opening ceremony. IBI successfully made the list, along with other enterprises such as Inspur Cloud Continent.
List of 2023 Typical Cases of "Chain-style" Digital Transformation for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
To thoroughly implement the national series of decisions and arrangements on supporting the innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises and accelerating their digital transformation, MIIT organized the selection of 2023 typical cases of "chain-style" digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises. The initiative aims to focus on key areas of the manufacturing industry, identify a number of typical practices and solution cases that lead and drive the collaborative digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and industrial clusters, form replicable and promotable experiences of "chain-style" digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises, and help small and medium-sized enterprises develop into specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and novel entities.
IBI's Digital Supply Chain Platform
IBI empowers the digital transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial chain by building an intelligent supply chain collaboration platform. Driven directly by the demand of downstream users in the industrial chain, it promotes links such as enterprise manufacturing and logistics, providing enterprises with services including digital supply chain, digital factory, and industrial internet. Through digitalization, it improves the operation efficiency of enterprises and industries, enhances cooperation stickiness, and strengthens competitive barriers. It reduces issues such as information opacity and poor collaboration between various business links and related parties, realizes efficient collaboration among enterprises in links such as collaborative R&D, order management, capacity sharing, and logistics warehousing, releases inventory pressure, reduces capital occupation, and promotes the reduction of operating costs. At present, it has connected multiple vertical industrial chains such as titanium, alcohol, sanitary paper, carbon black, chemical fertilizers, and glass. By efficiently utilizing resources such as logistics, business flow, and information flow in each supply chain, it improves the overall resource utilization efficiency of enterprises in the supply chain. Comprehensively, it has achieved a 15-30% increase in production efficiency, a 50-70% improvement in key equipment networking rate, a 20-30% reduction in operating costs, a 50-60% increase in inventory turnover rate, and a 40-60% improvement in order delivery cycle, effectively driving the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain.
In the future, with the goal of promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the real economy through industrial digitalization, IBI will actively build a new system of internal and external collaborative operation across the entire industrial chain, solve the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises being "unable to transform" and "afraid to transform", open up data channels for key links of the industrial chain, assist the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and continuously advance the integration of traditional small and medium-sized enterprises with digitalization.
