Party Secretary Yang Xiuli of Ili Prefecture and Delegation Visit IBI
On November 15, Yang Xiuli, Party Secretary of Ili Prefecture, together with Hao Jianmin, Deputy Party Secretary of Ili Prefecture, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Horgos Economic Development Zone, Director of the Administrative Committee, and Party Secretary of Horgos City; Zhu Dagang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Ili Prefecture Party Committee and Executive Deputy Governor; Sun Hui, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Ili Prefecture People’s Congress and Secretary-General of the Party Committee; Zhou Lixin, Vice Chairman of the Ili Prefecture CPPCC and Deputy Team Leader of the Prefecture’s Enterprise Service and Investment Promotion Working Group; Chen Weiqiang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Ili Prefecture Development and Reform Commission; Liu Jianlin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Ili Prefecture Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Liu Fuquan, Director of the Third Division of the Secretariat, Office of the Ili Prefecture Party Committee; Ran Xiaofeng, Second-level Principal Staff Member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Division, Office of the Ili Prefecture Party Committee; and Zhang Wei, Chairman of Huiqun Kedian Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., visited IBI.
They were warmly received by Qian Xiaojun, Founder, Controlling Shareholder, CEO & President of IBI; Liu Zhai, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI and Founder & CEO of Toodudu; Tian Tao, Director and CFO of IBI; Liu Rui, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IBI; Zhang Meifu, Vice President & CTO of IBI; Shao Zhaojun, Senior Vice President of Toodudu; Li Qing, Vice President of Toodudu and General Manager of Xinjiang Zhongyi Petrochemical; and Yang Xiaoping, General Manager of Xinjiang Toodudu. Both sides held discussions on deepening government–enterprise cooperation.
The delegation first toured the exhibition hall of IBI’s Digital Economy Headquarters and the data integration showcase, gaining an in-depth understanding of IBI’s innovative practices in operating the industrial digital economy. On behalf of the company, CEO & President Qian Xiaojun extended a warm welcome to the delegation.
During the talks, Party Secretary Yang Xiuli gave a detailed introduction to the geography, history, culture, and economic development of Ili Prefecture. He noted:
“Ili Prefecture enjoys unique geographical and resource advantages and is an important development area of Xinjiang. At this historical juncture when the Belt and Road Initiative is advancing in depth, Ili will embrace tremendous development opportunities. IBI’s deep operations in the industrial and supply chains, as well as its achievements in the industrial digital economy including cross-border e-commerce, are highly commendable. These advantages can play a significant role in Ili.”

During the discussions, the parties also engaged in extensive exchanges on multi-dimensional cooperation and expressed strong confidence in IBI’s continued deep cultivation in the Xinjiang region.
