Balancing Light and Heavy, Driving Collaborative Innovation — IBI 2024 Annual Kick-off Conference Held Online

As the new year unfolds, a new chapter begins.

On February 26, the seventeenth day of the first lunar month in the Year of the Jiachen Dragon, IBI held its Annual Kick-off Conference online via Tencent Meeting. Company leadership, together with all teams from the Duoduo platforms, IBI Resource Network, and middle- and back-office departments, attended the conference.

Looking Back on 2023, Moving Forward into 2024

In 2023, under the guiding principle of “optimizing structure, deep cultivation,” IBI achieved fruitful results across multiple business segments.

In 2024, under the theme of “Balancing Light and Heavy, Driving Collaborative Innovation,” the company will continue to vigorously implement its overarching strategy of “platform, technology, and data.” IBI will actively optimize product, business, and organizational structures; deepen industry chain integration; refine supply chains; and enhance value chains.

Duoduo Platforms

At the kick-off meetings of Toodudu, Wdoodoo, Boododo, Zdoodoo, Feidoodoo, Lydodo, Xdoodoo, Yidoodoo, Nedoodoo, and Lldoodoo, each platform’s CEO, category leader, function head, and teams reviewed past achievements and set future goals. In 2024, they will:

• Continue driving the first growth curve — rapid and high-quality development of industrial e-commerce;

• Build the second growth curve — an industrial digitalization ecosystem;

• Advance the third growth curve — overseas expansion of cross-border e-commerce;

• Implement strategies for upstream barriers, downstream order integration, digital ecosystem building, and cross-border e-commerce.

IBI Resource Network

At its own kick-off meeting, each Business Information Division reviewed past work and outlined 2024 plans. The focus will be on confidence and execution — meeting challenges with dedication, achieving steady growth and year-on-year improvement, advancing the PM strategy of diversified offline business, standardized online products, and integrated online-offline operations, as well as implementing HR strategies centered on performance, team building, and productivity.

Middle- and Back-Office Teams

Departments including the Board Secretary’s Office, Strategic Investment Department, President’s Office, Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Resource Center, and General Support Department all expressed determination to respond swiftly, advance courageously, unite efforts, and pursue common goals in the new year.
