Recently, Huang Xiaowei, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Vice President of the All-China Women’s Federation, and Zhang Zhu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Committee, visited the IBI Horgos Digital Economy Headquarters. Feng Zhuo, Secretary of the CPC Horgos Municipal Committee, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit. Yang Xiaoping, General Manager of Xinjiang Toodudu, warmly received the guests. The parties engaged in extensive discussions on topics such as women’s career development, government–enterprise collaboration, and business synergy.

The visiting delegation first toured the IBI Horgos Digital Exhibition Hall, where the industrial digitalization scenarios on display provided an in-depth understanding of Duoduo platforms’ operational models, strategies, and business coverage. The discussions also explored diversified cooperation directions to jointly promote industrial innovation and upgrading.

During the symposium, Huang Xiaowei commended IBI’s operational model and practical achievements in using Horgos as a pivot to innovate and deepen engagement in Xinjiang’s industrial digitalization market. She also expressed her expectations for the future of industrial digitalization in Xinjiang. Zhang Zhu noted that the development of industrial digitalization also offers a broad stage for women’s employment and value creation. He encouraged Duoduo platforms to support more women in employment and entrepreneurship through skills training and employment care initiatives, thereby enhancing women’s economic independence and social standing.

Feng Zhuo focused on topics including the overall controllability of cross-border e-commerce platforms, integrated planning for a digital “mega-logistics” system, and potential future cooperation areas. He emphasized that leveraging the strengths of all parties, relying on big data, integrating multi-dimensional resources, and expanding cooperation in digital supply chains to improve industrial efficiency is a key driver for the region’s industrial digital economy. He expressed his hope that Duoduo platforms would play a core role in this process.

Yang Xiaoping stated:

“Duoduo platforms under IBI are practitioners of industrial digitalization and are full of confidence in its future. The expectations expressed by the All-China Women’s Federation and the autonomous region’s leaders are also the direction we strive toward. The company will continue to uphold its mission of helping industrial chain enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, creating value in deeply integrating the digital and real economies. With a high proportion of female employees, women’s contributions have always been a major driving force for our efficient growth. Moving forward, we will pay greater attention to women’s personal development and value realization in our operations, ensuring lasting momentum for the company’s growth.”
