On July 23rd, Chen Xiaohua, Executive President of the Education and Science and Technology Research Institute of the China Mobile Communications Association and Chairman of the Blockchain and Data Elements Professional Committee of the China Mobile Communications Association, along with Executive Secretary Yang Yufeng and other leaders, visited the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters for discussions. Qian Xiaojun, Founder and CEO/President of IBI, and Pan Yong, Secretary of the Board and Senior Vice President, warmly welcomed the visiting leaders on behalf of the company. The two sides explored innovative paths for the integrated development of the digital and real economies, focusing on three strategic directions: standardization of RWA/RDA asset issuance, joint establishment of an RWA joint laboratory, and the construction of a cross-border digital asset hub in Hong Kong.

Chen Xiaohua stated that as a crucial link connecting the digital and real economies, the development of RWA is inseparable from the deep integration of industrial resources and technology. The Professional Committee has always been committed to building an open and collaborative RWA ecosystem. Through the "RWA Ecosystem Partner Action Plan," it has selected 20 institutions with strong technical capabilities and a solid industrial foundation as core members, bringing together industry synergy to promote the transformation of technological achievements and business implementation. IBI's rich industrial data resources, mature supply chain application capabilities, and deep experience in building cross-border digital asset channels provide support for the construction of the ecosystem. He emphasized that the RWA joint laboratory will focus on three key areas: standard setting, enterprise certification, and industry forums. It will rely on an expert review mechanism to strengthen professional support and provide guidance for industry development. In the future, it will collaborate with universities and research institutions to build an innovative ecosystem, precisely matching technical resources to different industries to promote the transformation of on-chain technological achievements.

Pan Yong stated that IBI will leverage its advantages in industrial data resources and scenario-based applications to participate as a core member in the construction of the RWA joint laboratory. The company will actively connect with resources from industry, academia, research, and application sectors to build an efficient collaboration platform, exploring and practicing in key areas such as standardized issuance and compliant circulation of RWA/RDA assets. This will help build a secure and controllable cross-border digital asset circulation system, injecting new momentum into promoting industrial digital development and empowering the real economy.

This meeting, centered on deepening cooperation in the fields of blockchain and data elements, laid a solid foundation for both parties to promote innovative industry development. In the future, IBI will deeply participate in the construction of the RWA joint laboratory, continue to explore innovative applications of RWA in industrial scenarios, promote the innovation of technical standards and business models, and assist in the deep integration of the digital and real economies.
