Linking the World · Converging Business in Fengtai — The 2025 9.9 Global Business Linkage Festival Grandly Opens!
At 9:09 a.m. on September 9, 2025, the 10th Duoduo 9.9 Global Business Linkage Festival officially kicked off its online collective procurement! Orders surpassed RMB 100 million in just 47 seconds, RMB 500 million in 4 minutes and 3 seconds, and RMB 1 billion in 10 minutes and 41 seconds.
On the same day, the Opening Ceremony of the 10th 9.9 Global Business Linkage Festival & Fengtai Promotion Meeting for Opening-Up and Development, co-hosted by the Fengtai District Bureau of Commerce, the Zhongguancun Fengtai Park Administrative Committee, and IBI, was grandly held at Beijing Garden Expo Park. The event gathered more than 1,800 representatives, including over 1,500 key enterprises in the industrial and supply chains, business organizations, governments, associations, and embassies from more than 20 countries and regions. With all distinguished guests present, the online collective procurement of the Festival was launched.
Under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau and the People’s Government of Fengtai District, the event became an important part of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal Government. Zengwei Jiang, Chairman of the Global Alliance for Trade in Services; Shaofeng Wang, Secretary of the CPC Fengtai District Committee; Jin Cai, President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; Kadyr Aly, representative of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan; Dumitru Braghis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Moldova; Aidar Abildabekov, Vice Minister of Trade of Kazakhstan; and Niqman Rafaee M. Sahar, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Malaysia in China, delivered keynote speeches.
At the online procurement launch ceremony, IBI co-founders Quan Liu (Chairman) and Xiaojun Qian (CEO) joined hands with Yanlin Zhang, District Mayor of Fengtai; Jin Cai, President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; and leaders from numerous national industry associations including the China Inorganic Salts Industry Association, China National Detergent Industry Association, China Synthetic Resin Association, China Coatings Industry Association, China Pesticide Industry Association, China Phosphate & Compound Fertilizer Association, China Daily Glass Association, China Vegetable Oil Industry Association, and others, as well as representatives of outstanding enterprises. Together, they inaugurated the Festival’s online procurement session.
During the Fengtai Promotion for Opening-Up and Development, Yanlin Zhang, District Mayor of Fengtai, highlighted the district’s comprehensive development advantages. Several key initiatives were unveiled, including the launch of the Xianfeng Lab for International Trade Digital Innovation, the Fengtai Global Open Map, the Fengtai Smart Supply Chain Industrial Brain & Innovation Park, and the 14th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition Industrial AI Professional Contest.
This year, IBI Senior Vice Presidents Liu Zhai, Pan Yong, and Wang Ting , together with the CEOs of the Duoduo platforms —Huang Shasha (Wdoodoo), Zhao Yan (Boododo), Yin Haifeng (Feidoodoo), Ji Jingjing (Lydodo), Hao Fang (Xdoodoo), Liu Qingbo (Yidoodoo), Liang Hao (Lldoodoo), Wang Yu (Nedoodoo), and Zhang Wei (CNAUTO) — shared the latest practice achievements and ecosystem values of the “Platform · Technology · Data” strategy and the three growth curves of industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization, and cross-border expansion, which won wide acclaim.
At the Project Signing and Key Release Ceremony, the Duoduo platforms, together with industry associations and enterprise representatives, presented awards to 99 outstanding suppliers, users, service providers, cloud factories, and collaborative partners. A grand signing ceremony followed, with on-site agreements covering 13 regional industrial digitalization co-building projects, 19 digital cloud factory projects, 17 digital supply chain collaboration projects, 46 industrial and supply chain enterprise cooperation agreements, 54 cross-border cooperation projects, 16 strategic cooperation agreements with domestic industry associations and international organizations, and 10 key project releases.
